Mode Of Action
Penicillium bilaiae frees bound mineral forms of soil and fertilizer phosphate, making it more available for plant use. Up to 90% of applied phosphate fertilizer can go unused in the year of application as it becomes tied up (bound) to soil particles and other factors. At least 25% of this may never become available. Making efficient use of fertilizer phosphate is key to maximizing yield potential.
Dosage & Application Method
- Apply at the rate of 1.5 gram per square meter if drenching the soil, as early in the season as possible to achieve optimal results.
- It can be applied with commercial seed application equipment.
- If previously used for pesticides, rince the applicators triple before using for Phos Activator.
- Can be mixed with liquid inoculants for ease of use.
