Product Introduction

Main Components

  • Bacillus subtilis: A soil bacterium that can decompose organic matter and promote plant growth.
  • Saccharomyces cerevisiae: A type of yeast commonly used in fermentation processes, which aids in the decomposition of organic matter.
  • Aspergillus niger: A fungus capable of breaking down a variety of organic substances.

Execution Standard

  • GB20287-2006: This is the Chinese national standard that stipulates the requirements for microbial fertilizers.

Quality Standards

  • Viable Bacteria Count: The number of live bacteria per gram of the product should be greater than or equal to 10 billion.
  • Formulation: Powder.
  • Product Fineness: Greater than or equal to 80 mesh.
  • Moisture Content: No more than 10%.

Product Introduction

  1. Quick Temperature Rise: At temperatures above 10°C, the pile temperature can rise above 60°C within 48 hours.
  2. Effective Odor Elimination: It can decompose organic sulfides and organic nitrogen compounds that produce odors, eliminating odors within 2-3 days.
  3. Short Composting Cycle: The maturation time for different composting methods is 7 days, 14 days, and 21 days, respectively.
  4. Long-lasting High Temperature in Compost: It can kill pathogens, eggs, and weed seeds in the fermenting material.
  5. Minimal Nutrient Loss: The composting process results in minimal nutrient loss with a high content of humus.

Usage and Dosage

  • General Dosage: 0.1%-0.2%.
  • Preparation Before Composting: Adjust the moisture content of the material to around 50%, with a carbon to nitrogen ratio of 25-35:1. Mix 1 kg of the organic material maturer with 10 kg of rice bran or corn flour evenly, then mix thoroughly with the main and auxiliary fermentation materials.
  • Fermentation Pile Material: No less than 10 cubic meters, with a height of over 0.7 meters, and an environmental temperature of above 10°C.
  • Turning: Start turning when the pile temperature rises to 50°C.
  • Maturation After High-Temperature Composting: After the high-temperature composting is finished, it is recommended to carry out a 30-day mature composting to ensure the material is mature.

Applicable Scope

  • Livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, cake meal, bran, urban organic waste, and agricultural product processing waste (such as sugar filter mud, fruit pulp, mushroom residue, distiller's grains, and furfural residue).

Packaging and Storage

  • Packaging: 20-25 kg per bag, packaged in kraft paper bags.
  • Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Shelf Life: 12 months.

Precautions

  1. Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight exposure.
  2. Avoid mixing or storing with strong acids, volatile chemicals, and chemical agents.
  3. Adjust the dosage appropriately based on the conditions of the material, environmental temperature, and moisture content.
